The DEED OF DECLARATION OF TRUST is made on 9th day of the May 2002, by Mr N.V.DHANANJAYAN, Son of N.Venkatarama Reddy, aged about 27 years, residing at Arungulam Village, Tiruttani Taluk, Tiruvallore District WHEREAS the founder is desirous of establishing a Trust to provide for education whether general, industrial, technical, vocational, professional, medical, residential or other description whatsoever for the welfare and uplift of the general public.
1.To establish, maintain, run, manage, takeover, acquire, improve, extend, upgrade or donate Aid and assist in the establishment, maintenance, running development, improvement and extension of Nursery Schools, Elementary, Middle or Secondary Schools, High Schools, College of Arts, Fine Arts, Music, Science, Polytechnics, Medical and Engineering and generally all kinds of educational institutions whether general, industrial, technical, vocational, professional Medical, residential or other description whatsoever for the welfare and uplift of the general public.
2.To acquire by purchase, gift or otherwise, lands, house-sites and buildings, To erect, built and construct, or to aid and assist in the erection, construction and building of houses, buildings for educational institutions and Colleges, libraries, staff quarters, hostels, and/or any other type of building or construction whatsoever and to maintain or run them, and if necessary to alter, demolish or reconstruct them or any portion or portions thereof as may from time to time be necessary or expedient.
3.To acquire and takeover all or any part of the immovable or movable properties of the society, trust or Institution or any one whomsoever for the purposes of the Society.
4.To enter in to any agreement, contract or partnership with any government (State or Central) Authority or person whomsoever and to obtain from any Government, quasi-Government Authority or person such rights, concessions and privileges as the Trust may think fit or desirable and to obtain, carryout, exercise and comply with any such arrangement, contract, privileges, right or concession.
5.To accept, donations, endowments, gifts, devises, bequests, (real or personal) grants- in- aid and subscription for all or any of the purpose of the Trust on such terms and conditions as the Trust may consider reasonable and fit.
6.To purchase, acquire, hold and manage, sell or transfer all or any immovable or movable properties acquired or purchased or hereafter to be acquired or purchased by the Trust.
7.To affiliate, control and render assistance to any institution having objects similar in whole or in part to the objects of the Trust and to co-operate with institutions having similar objects.
8.To institute and scholarships, stipend, and render financial aid to students, scholars, poets, and teachers and professors or persons of the eminence in educational.
9.Generally to diffuse useful, educational, literary and social knowledge among the public. To arrange hold or assist educational conferences, seminars, exhibitions, lectures, discussions etc., in the line with the aims and object of the Trust.
10.To distribute food and clothing and provide medical relief free of cost to the poor and needy persons.
11.To raise and borrow money and secure the payment of money by such means upon such terms and conditions and in such manner as may be determined. To collect manage and disburse the funds raised or to be raised for all or any of the objects of the Trust. To do and cause to be done all such lawful things as are in accord with spirit and principles of the objects of the Trust or which are conductive to the attainment, and pursuit of the aims and object of the Trust. To give, provide and/or render help and assistance to and for implement ay scheme for providing livelihood and up lift of the poor.
12.To give, provide and/or render momentary and /or other help and assistance for economically poor and deserving persons.
13.To open, fond, establish, promote, set-up, run, maintain, assist, finance, support and for aid or help in the setting up and for running hospitals, charitable dispensaries, maternity homes, child welfare centers, convalescent homes, sanatoriums, hostels and other similar institutions or centers for rendering or providing medical relief and /or aid to suffering humanities or for research centers and institutions for promotion of research education for medical science including surgery.
14.To open, fond, establish, promote, set-up, run, maintain, assist, finance and /or aid or help in the setting up and for maintaining and for running monetary gifts or otherwise, centres, stadium, playgrounds, auditorium and parks for public use sports and games and other social welfare works and /or activities in India or aboard.
15.To promote, organize, administer, establish support, maintain and/ or grand aid to any person, institution or society or Organization whatsoever having for its objects of charitable purposes and to incur expenditure in connection therewith.
16.To promote, assist and/or maintain all activities by whosoever carried on or wherever carried on in India in conformity with the objects of the Trust and as are conducive to the well being and general welfare of the nation or are conducive for advancement of any object or objects of general public utility not involving/carrying on any activity profit.
17.To publish and/or publishing books, pamphlets, periodicals and newspapers in India or outside for the spread and advancement of education and culture.
18.And generally to do and cause to be done all such lawful things as may be required for all or any of the above objects from time to time.
